No, really. Dragon*Con was in fact awesome. And relevant posts are coming.
However, Delta Airlines is responsible for my Doumbek (a small, porcelain, mid-eastern drum). I call my drum “Travesty” Based on the reaction of my Pennsic Camplmates, the summer I bought it.
Delta managed to exceed in ineptitude in not following their own policies for damage and currently is transitioning from last night’s stance at the airport, “We’re not responsible” to their stance at corporate, “We’ll see what we can find out.”
More as this evolves.
Delta broke my Doumbek. Travesty is dead.
