today was the first day in about 7 years that the following thought crossed my mind.

Added posts to my magickal journal: the_dreaming
Well, as some of you read I decided to inflict ‘hypno-therapy’ on me.
This would seem to have actually made a dent. last night I got to sleep before 10:30; this morning I woke up just before my alarm set for 6:15 and only snoozed once (as opposed to the 5-10 I had been)
I also managed to do a bit more….
So… I’ve finally created a magickal journal. (Way overdue.) See: the_dreaming for this information. It will be quite different (I hope)
More posts to go in there today. Several 😉
