When you see someone desparate to sell, this is the best time to buy, especially if you know the value.
I’ve been collecting comix for a while. I’m currently valuing a collection I bought for an absoulte steal.

After valuing approximately 9.2% of the collection I have covered 87.5% of the cost to me by street value.
