Class: Introduction to Ceremonial Ritual

Thursday, Mar 22nd, 7pm:
Ritual: Intimate Fire Spring Equinox

Intimate Fire is a group of O.T.O. initiates in the northeast Puget Sound region of Washington state, working towards becoming chartered as a recognized local body of Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.). We hold classes, discussions, and rituals, with the intent of exploring the philosophy of Thelema and facilitating and supporting our work as practicing ceremonial magicians.

Autumn Rocks

shimmeringjemmy has already posted but I’m gonna add in to the elation.

Intimate Fire had its first public ritual tonight at Moonflower Magicks. A fantastic Occult store in Everett Washington.

shimmeringjemmy wrote the ritual which is now up on the IF site

Sister N. Brought coloured candles for the elements, a central altar table, Port, and wonderful honey bread for eucharist. I supplied Apple Juice (for those who did not will to take alcohol), SJ supplied the talismans (beautiful little glass stones with one of the numbers 0-21 on them)

We were expecting about 4-5 people…. 16 showed. Everyone enjoyed, participated, asked questions, took communion. It was fantastic. One of the new people who’d never heard of Thelema, OTO, or Intimate Fire offered to read the role of Thoth and was awesome.

N.E. Puget Sound has a definite Pagan community and all of the attendees asked if we’d be doing more.

Oh, yes, the 19 day old boy for his second ritual… was perfectly behaved. He’s 2 for 2.

The real test for him is tomorrow 🙂

What a day, What a day, What a day, etc…

This is a really crazy, busy day. Not counting the delayed return from New York…

10:20 am: Spine Appointment.
It would seem that Physical Therapy has gone well and I am in personal maintenance. I can begin to put the accident behind me.

11:30 am: Horizon Init Sec. Adminstrative work.
I continue to update and organize the files I have. I’ve been building a complicated database to manage all the history of the local area. It’s been going incredibly well. Did a lot of development on the flight.

1:00 pm: MidWife Appointment
shimmeringjemmy is now at the halfway point. 20 weeks today. Yes we will get more pictures up soon.

2:30 pm: More Filing and organization.
By this point everything is completely refiled back to 1/2004. I will be able to coordinate reports and make data graphs.

3:15 pm: IF preplanning work.
IF is the culmination of a lot of work by a lot of people. And it’s coming together very soon 🙂

4:00 pm: IF project… will be updated soon

7:00 pm: Hexagram class for Horizon Oasis

9:00 pm: Local magickal group.

Very busy 🙂
