D&D Third Edition wasn’t even out in the 80’s.

First off, good eye. I missed that in the picture.
What I’m looking for is a copy of Dieties and Demigods that has the Cthulhu and Elric mythos still in it.
I ended up giving the quiz a poor grade. The pictures could be better and the categories demanded that you liked all forms of something to qualify. I actually consider myself a bit of an 80’s pop, tv, and music expert. But I hated about as much TV as I liked. So that kind of ruled me out.

I am not sure which speaks volumes about me more:
– I caught it even thoguh I haven’t been an active designer for years
– I killed an idle half hour catching up on Dork Tower this afternoon, then spotted that slip
I think I have a copy of that edition of Deities and Demigods. If so, we can come to an arrangement, I am sure.

Good point. 🙂 I, too, came out as an old school geek–and I didn’t even have an Apple IIe. I did, however, have a TRS-80 with both the original cassette player and the two honkin’ 5.25″ drive. 😉
