And this is why I hate cube living.
I have to see Matrix tonight. I sort of want to see it… But on my own time.
However, in the cube world:
People at the office keep talking about the plot and I can’t type while I’ve got fingers in my ears going, “lalalala”
*sigh*
At my office, nobody discusses The Matrix. This is because they’re all squares [] who keep wondering when I’m going to move out of Portland. They go to a Christian church every Sunday and look at me oddly when I dress all in black and support the President in Iraq.
Oh God … I’m in Hell!!!!!!!!
But at least I’m not unemployed.
I am totally with ya there. My flu followed immediately by my girlie’s flu leaves me unable to see it…but damn if my co-workers don’t ALL engage in loud discussions.
I think I’ll be wearing my headphones a lot.
I’m a software developer, so I had to see it quick or face the same situation. I actually really enjoyed it.
