At the office we have badges that hang on laniards.
I often put mine under my shirt when in the little engineers room.
I just got back to the desk. I pulled out my badge on laniard and the first thing that went thru my mind was.
Oh mighty, Isis
Sigh…
For those born after 1970, here is more information.

Oh, owch, and I so crushed on her when I a kid.
I was more into Cindy Lee…
But then again, I also was too busy crushing on DynaGirl.
That reminds me… I miss The Invaders…
IT was a little before my time, but one summer when I was 12? 13? It would show on a local channel at 3pm… and I loved it.. π Aliens who burned to a crisp when they died… one man who knew they were there, but couldn’t prove it to anybody… a fun show to watch as a kid that year. π
I heard of the Invaders…
But never got to see it.
Wow, they sure recycle that premise don’t they? The War of the Worlds series and the Nostradomus following one (can’t remember the name) are real similar to what you wrote but I don’t think I caught The Invaders.
I wanted to be here when I was 5. heh
I laughed for five minutes….. lol
LOLRF
I would love to see you in that white mini dress and go-go boots! ~giggling madly~
Third grade. Chippewa Elementary. Playground. I always got to be Isis. π
I barely remember that one but remember catching it all the time. That wasn’t the one that had “Shazam!” all the time was it. I think I’m senile.
