This was a really cool meme that I picked up from a post by dieppe

1. Go To Mapquest.com
2. Click on Directions
3. Enter your Current Address and the Address of your Childhood Home (or at least the town if you don’t remember the exact address)
4. Put the time and distance in a post like this.
5. Don’t forget to repost these directions. (Not the door to door ones!)

Total Est. Time: 40 hours, 58 minutes Total Est. Distance: 2692.45 miles.

Interestingly, my house number has only changed by 102. 🙂

The trip itself isn’t bad until you get onto Rt 40 near oklahoma city and stay on it for 1203.4 miles thru the Texas Panhandle, New Mexico, Arizona and about 100 miles from the house into California. ZZZZZzzzzz 😉

Edit: 06-01-03 That was L.A., Now I’m in WA. That means the trip is now nearly 2900 miles with approximately 2100 being on route 90.
