We held our first poker night this past Thursday. We had 7 people come by. 5 played. So we had 7 players. I started out by handing everyone 1500 in chips and we primarily played 10-20 limit hold’em.
it was much fun and I sprung for pizza. I did learn however that the ratio of 10/20 to 1500 created far too many chips and people played far too loosely.
Regardless, there was much fun and much request to repeat this again… soon.

Played loosely? What’s that mean?
Shoot I remember you mentioning you were going to do that. Of course, *you would* choose a night I was in class! ‘Member I said I’d consider playing for plastic?
Let me know if you have another with a poker for dummies bent.
Hello, sugar. =)
I never got a chance to thank you for the invite, and for having us both over. I apologize for not being up to being more social; I was fighting off that damned flu — which finally knocked me on my ass Saturday night. It wasn’t the grooviest of weekends after that. As much as I love flopping around in bed, I’d rather it not be while I’m wracked with a fever. >;)
