Memetime: WOOHOO

So I just added the crush meme:

LJMeme.com Crush Meme

Number of crushes on me so far: 3

LJ username:

And there were already people who’d listed me. I have to admit… I wasn’t expecting to see anyone add me.

So I am kind of blushing at the moment 🙂

Too scary….

Lifted from a posting by enrapture

Someone has created a flash movie to show you the second set of lyrics to Burning down the house by the Talking heads.

The second set being the relatively, clear English lyrics that you can pick out from the song backwards.

Not sure if this is fake or just really well interpolated… but… oook

In a grand effort to do (as Prince put it very will in Raspberry Beret) something close to nothing, I am doing a livejournal binge.

I am writing fluff and stuff, and (oooh) posting comments in other people’s journals. (Note: I haven’t even looked at my friends page in weeks. Sorry, everyone… The wait will hopefully be worth it)

I have made a private post guessing how many people will respond to this and who they will be. Let’s see if you prove me wrong. 😉

So, as cribbed from a filtered posting by shaktiqueen

1. Who are you?

2. Are we friends?

3. When and how did we meet?

4. Do you have a crush on me?

5. Would you kiss me?

6. Give me a nickname and explain why you picked it.

7. Describe me in one word.

8. What was your first impression of me?

9. Do you still think that way about me now?

10. What reminds you of me?

11. If you could give me anything what would it be?

12. How well do you know me?

13. When’s the last time you saw me?

14. Ever wanted to tell me something but couldn’t?

15. Are you going to put this on your lj and see what I say about you?

mustard

I chose the title of this post in response to shimmeringjemmy‘s last post. (Please note it’s filtered, so many of you may not get that joke)

Well, I’m definitely married. Today I got to face something my wife does that I will have to get used to. She asked me to make her a roast beef sandwich. She asked for it on multi-grain bread, with pepper-jack white cheese… and Mayonaise!!!

Aiiigh!!!!

Okay, I am not actively practicing Judaism, but this is hundreds… no thousands of years of culture and tradition.

It’s very simple:
Mayo goes on turkey
Ketchup goes on Roast Beef
and
Mustard goes on Ham. (um… if we were to eat ham… tra-la-la, nothing-nothing-nothing;… nothing to see, move along.

Okay, I’ll admit it… I already let one Scot introduce me to the Eeeeevuullllss of mustard on roast beast.

But there are limits…

Mayo on Roast Beef? No, no… no, no-no-no.

I must edjumicate her 😉

(Have I mentioned how much in love I am :?)

Edit
I should know better than to post: This is the way of the world. It always results in long threads.

Come on people, You must learn to put a proper condiment on a proper meat in the proper meal!
