Very sick.
Went to a social last night. Temperature peaked at 101.
Chills, dizzy, nausea.
With back, stomach, and colon pain.
Ugh… Don’t have time to be this sick

You have my sympathies. Is sounds like a classic case of le flu to me, with perhaps some of your other issues mixed in. I hope you feel better soon.
